SKETCHING IN VENICE (AND MESTRE) DURING MATITE IN VIAGGIO EXHIBIT

As you know from my yesterday post, I just came back from Venice, where I took part in the event “Carnets Disegni Parole” organized by the association Matite in Viaggio at Cultural Center Candiani.

I had the opportunity to meet many sketchers and on Saturday we went to sketch in Venice. On Sunday we sketched in Mestre, were the event took place, during the Alpini Meeting and in the afternoon before leaving I got lost in Venice and sketched some more in a small courtyard that was 50 meters from the Grand Canal but that was isolated and very peaceful, exactly the place I was looking for.

Here there are my sketches, hope you like!
